Yes, Drive A is over, but the guys are still moving on to new musical projects and this blog will be there to support and follow whatever they do. It doesn’t have to be Drive A to still call the fanbase and friends made there the Alliance and the band doesn’t have to be together to still enjoy their music.
The next thing this blog is undertaking is going to require every single one of you to help. I’m calling this Goodbye Drive A, and I want you to please submit all of your goodbye letters to me. I’m going to compile them all and send them to Jason, Bruno, Robert and Taylor. I want as many heartfelt letters as possible, I want Drive A to know that their music and them as people made a huge difference in people’s lives. Please help me out Alliance and tell me what Drive A did for you, what the music meant to you, what the shows meant to you, did any of them ever say something that helped you out. I don’t want the letters to be remorseful and sad that Drive A is gone, I want you guys to celebrate what Drive A was. I’m putting behind any grudges I had with anyone for this project. You don’t like me, and I don’t like you? Who cares, right now it’s about the power of Drive A’s music and ALL submissions will be included, no matter what personal feud we may have.

I want to post letters on this blog as well, so you’ll also need to tell me if it’s okay for me to post your goodbye letter here or not. I can also post them with the name remaining anonymous. I’d also like to thank Gee for inspiring this idea with Project Thank You, supporting the idea when I suggested it to her, and promising to help me out with this project.
Let’s please show Drive A how much they are appreciated.
If you have any questions, send your messages here or to the email. I really hope to get some letters in soon, I know a lot of you are handwriting them and with the Holidays around the corner anything mailed to me is going to take a little while.
